Welcome everybody to AMZ Wealth Advisers, my name is Aaron, I started AMZ because I felt there was a growing need for professional wealth consultancy in New Zealand for today's economic climate that was not only knowledgable but also reachable, fair and affordable for all no matter what their present situation is. My aim and outcome is to answer all your questions, unlock your maximum potential, point you in the right way with instructions on how to do do so and give you a vision of your future all within a single 40 mins voice call session.
MY STORY SO FAR
A little bit about me and why I may be able to help you: I have a very unique experience so far growing up in New Zealand. My family started building and accumulating wealth from an initial $4,000 NZD savings, we worked hard, saved lots, lived frugally but always comfortably. I have 20+ years experience in doing business from starting my own online businesses, to purchasing businesses in the retail and hospitality sectors. I have 15+ years experience in real estate including investing all classes of real estate, property management, tenancy relationships and property development, I have dealt with all the major banks in NZ including financial institutions, uncountable number of loan managers, bank managers, lawyers, accountants, agents, Auckland council and consultants of all types and stripes. I am very familiar with the laws and ways of doing business in New Zealand.

Cash Rich, Asset Poor
Our client was gifted with cash, had no existing assets and don't know where to invest but had specific wants to satisfy. I built several 5 year plan routes to maximize yield and greatest wealth generation.

Property Development
The client wanted to develop their existing property but was unsure on form and whether to pursue BTS or BTR, they had no development experience. I advised several outcomes on either case to maximize the site, yield and what would sell in the area as well as highest rental return. Financial and consenting procedures with council were also advised.

Financial Difficulty
Our client had multiple properties but due to family situation had poor cashflow with lots of debt and was struggling to meet repayments in 3 months. I advised a plan to unravel their current situation along with encouragement.

Our clients had normal working jobs, no savings and did not stick to a weekly budget, they wanted to grow and maximize their potential based on current and future situation, I advised a financial pathway along with a budget with them along with several paths forwards to obtain a loan and grow their wealth over the next 2 years.

Our client was looking at several businesses to purchase with one that they had already placed an offer on with DD to expire in two days, following our discussion they were shocked and elevated to know that the building was up for development soon with no other party having informed them of this, they exited the purchase shortly after.
